Harmony & Connection in Community
Since before recorded history, joining voices and making rhythms together has soothed our souls, brought joy into our hearts and provided cohesive and strong sense of connection and loyalty within the community.
The neuroscience of Singing shows that when we sing our neurotransmitters connect in new and different ways . It fires up the right temporal lobe of our brain, releasing endorphins that make us smarter, healthier , happier and more creative. When we sing with other people this effect is amplified. Singing in groups triggers the communal release of serotonin and oxytocin , the bonding hormone, reliving stress and anxiety, and even synchronizes our heart beats.
With this Circle Songs we are Bringing community together to sing and unfold the transformative power of our voices , by beating and creating strong pulse that will move us forward.
To experience the power of your voice and the pulse of the community awakening and supporting your true expression
We will practice Fun body percussion exercises that will engage your body and your brain and will let your voice release with beautiful melodies created by the group.
Circle Songs have been a sacred healing tool since the beginning of civilization.
This ancient modality has played a pivotal role in the development of our health and consciousness. We will engage in a guided sound circle to develop a felt sense of how the authentic self, through embodied participation, finds harmony with felt connection.
“We are stronger when we pulse and sing together.”

Uni-verse means one song. We are never alone when we sing, when we sing we call out the universe and all the voices of humanity experiencing that we Be-Long: We are eternal in SOUND.
Our responsibility is to be in alignment within ourselves and with our body so we can be the connectors, the vessel, the full voice of the universe in each of us.”
